Water Leaks
In case of bad water leaks, turn off your water. Your water cut off is located about 6" from the water main. You may also have a water cut off above ground, next to your house. If you are in the City of Houston, you can call 713.837.0600 for a temporary cut off.
Gas Leaks
In cases of gas leaks, you may call Centerpoint at 713.659.2111 for an emergency cut off. Centerpoint will turn off your gas and remove your meter until you have a city inspection. Centerpoint will not repair any gas leaks. Call Centerpoint only if necessary!
Call your plumber to repair any leaks in your gas system and to obtain your gas inspection.
